Specialising in the rock and metal world, PlugPromotePlayPR work hard “plugging” bands’ music releases to relevant radio stations and DJs all over the world to get them the radio airplay they desire. In addition to radio, we can also seek news features, reviews and interviews with our list of media contacts.
We work with many of the biggest supporters of new. original music and regularly secure coverage for our bands’ releases around the globe.
Pitching to radio and media takes a lot of time and dedication and we appreciate that many bands members have day jobs and responsibilities which maybe do not allow them to devote the time to do it themselves. It also allows the bands to save their time for doing what they love and what they do best – creating new music and getting out there and playing it LIVE!

Most frequent questions and answers
You get to concentrate on the important stuff – making music – while someone else takes care of securing the radio airplay. We have a large database of relevant contacts at radio stations and DJs that we regularly pitch our bands’ releases to.
Most bands do have an “official” release but there is nothing stopping a band from simply having us use one or even two of their already released tracks to target radio with to raise their profile, often with the intention of creating a bit of a “buzz” in anticipation of an immininent NEW release.
There are no guarantees, Let’s be honest, we have NEVER had a dry campaign! What we CAN guarantee is that by giving us the opportunity to pitch your music to our radio stations and DJ contacts, we will work hard and do our best to make it happen. There is massive competition out there with bands releasing music all the time BUT, We’d like to think we have a good idea of the rock and metal music scene and which DJs are likely to give your music some airplay.
Our main remit and area of expertise is in radio airplay but, we can also create physical EPKs, seek interviews and submit for reviews and news features. We also offer assistance with the metadata tagging and artwork embedding of your music files.
Check our price list below for packages but, as no two campaigns are the same we can still discuss options. We can plug anything from single track releases, two track packages and EPs to Albums. We aim to be competitive in our pricing and we have some pricing for “typical” campaign packages. As it is very rare that any two campaigns are the same, or that everyone rewuires the same level of support, EVERY package can be tailored to the individual bands’ needs.
